IN-HOUSE IT TECHNICIAN

We are looking for an in-house IT technician (all genders) to actively manage and further develop our internal systems and to coordinate the delivery of our systems together with our customers. In this role, you are largely responsible for the delivery, support and maintenance of our POS systems, including online modules (such as Table Order, kiosk systems and much more), and you ensure that our digital solutions run smoothly in day-to-day operation.

• Coordinating installations and training sessions
• Remote and on-site training
• Coordinating software updates
• Follow-up support after installations
• Regular checks of existing systems (software version, backups, extensions)

• Completed vocational training as an IT technician or a qualification from a higher technical college (HTL) or vocational school specialising in IT
• Previous professional experience
• Understanding of IT processes (networking, virtualisation, etc.)
• An independent, reliable and self-directed way of working is essential
• Good knowledge of Microsoft products
• Microsoft SQL Server administration
• Experience with cloud systems and the interplay between on-premises and online solutions
• Familiarity with backup solutions
• Enthusiasm for coordinating exciting projects

The monthly minimum salary under the Austrian collective agreement for the IT sector is € 3,593 gross for full-time employment.
