We are looking for a Senior IT Technician to provide technical support and care for our customers. You will be the link between support, sales and the customer and handle training sessions, webinars, on-site support & installations independently and on your own responsibility. At the same time, you will support our customers in Austria on site with installations and take care of maintaining and extending existing systems.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Technical support for our customers in Austria
- Support with customer installations
- Support (by phone or on site at the customer's premises)
- (On-site) training on the entire APRO product portfolio
- (On-site) customer installations
- Webinars
- On-call duty (once per quarter)
WHAT YOU BRING
- Completed vocational training as an IT technician or a qualification from a higher technical college (HTL) or vocational school specialising in IT
- Previous professional experience
- Understanding of IT processes (networking, virtualisation, etc.)
- We expect you to work independently, reliably and on your own initiative
- Good knowledge of Microsoft products
- Category B driving licence
- Microsoft SQL Server administration
- Experience with cloud systems and the interplay between on-premises and online solutions
- Familiarity with backup solutions

The monthly minimum salary under the Austrian collective agreement for the IT sector is € 3,593 gross for full-time employment.
